How long do samples take?
Around 7 days to prepare samples with your logo and finish. Shipping by express typically takes another 3–5 days depending on destination.
What is your lead time for bulk orders?
45–50 days after order confirmation and packaging approval. Repeat orders of the same specification are usually faster.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We work on FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Payment terms (T/T, L/C at sight) are agreed in the contract based on order value and relationship.
Who owns MARSCOAT® and what is your relationship to it?
MARSCOAT® is owned by Hangzhou Zhongwei Nano Technology Co., Ltd. YUNBOND is an authorized applicator of the technology — we apply it in our own factory following the licensor's process and quality requirements. MARSCOAT® is a registered trademark of the technology owner.
Is the nano film a coating? Will it peel off?
It is an inorganic nano-scale layer that bonds to the substrate and is cured at 190–290 °C, typically 2–5 μm thick and transparent. Cross-cut adhesion testing reaches Class 0 per GB/T 9286-2021 (5B per ASTM D3358) — the highest grade.
How hot can it go?
Third-party high-temperature testing per GB/T 2423.2-2008 held samples at 500 °C for 2 hours with no yellowing. In our own tests, the surface stayed non-stick after being held at 300±5 °C for 30 minutes.
Does it need light to work?
No. Unlike photocatalytic coatings, this inorganic hydrophilic film does not rely on light exposure — it performs the same in dark conditions, which makes it suitable for every usage scenario.
What is a PVD copper finish?
PVD (physical vapor deposition) deposits metal atoms in a vacuum chamber, bonding a copper-colored metallic layer onto stainless steel. It resists fading and abrasion better than plating, giving a premium look that lasts. See our copper series.
Which certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 (certificate 30226Q00352R001), amfori BSCI social audit (DBID 156-041848-000) and LFGB food-contact testing by Bureau Veritas (report 3225127-0268, all items pass). Digital copies are on our factory page.
Can we use our own brand and packaging?

Are the cooktops compatible with induction?
Our bodies are built for induction with a 430 magnetic stainless base, so they work on induction, gas, electric and ceramic cooktops. Tell us your market and we'll confirm the base structure.
